We are currently seeking a versatile professional to join our team in a unique hybrid role that combines Digital Graphic Arts, Web Marketing, and High-Tech Manufacturing.

The Role:
This is not a desk-only position. We are looking for a skilled Graphic Artist who is eager to step away from the screen and get hands-on with production. You will split your time between maintaining our digital presence and operating our state-of-the-art Zund Cutting Machine to produce elastomer aerospace parts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Precision Manufacturing: Set up and operate the Zund Cutting Machine to manufacture non-metal (elastomer) parts. You will translate vector design files into physical products with a high degree of accuracy.
- Digital Design & Marketing: Assist the Web Marketing Department by creating and updating digital assets, website graphics, and marketing collateral.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on production equipment to ensure smooth workflow.
- Quality Control: Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of finished parts to ensure they meet strict aerospace safety standards and customer specifications.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the design and manufacturing teams to maximize efficiency and ensure production goals are met.
Qualifications:
- Software Proficiency: Strong skills in vector-based software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or CAD programs).
- Mechanical Aptitude: A "maker" mindset with the ability to learn and operate complex machinery. (No metal work experience required; we provide full on-the-job training for the Zund system).
- Attention to Detail: Absolute precision is required in both digital design and physical manufacturing to meet aerospace tolerances.
- Reliability: A consistent team player who values safety and follows established production procedures.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn new computer applications and switch between creative and technical tasks.
