Apartment Community - 454 UNITS - Located in Aurora Colorado
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with excellent phone etiquette
- Conduct property tours and showcase available units to potential tenants
- Assist in the leasing process, including application review and lease preparation
- Maintain tenant records and ensure accurate data entry and file management
- Upsell additional services or amenities to prospective tenants
- Build and maintain positive relationships with current and potential tenants
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Previous experience in leasing or customer service is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent customer relationship management skills
- Proficient in data entry and file management
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
Must be proficient with the PM Software Onesite / RealPage and must be Bi-lingual
