Position Overview
We're looking for a dependable team member to support our field technicians by managing warehouse operations, delivering parts, and providing technical support. This role is essential to keeping our service calls running smoothly and our customers satisfied.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Management:
- Maintain organized inventory of HVAC parts, equipment, and supplies
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming shipments
- Track inventory levels and notify management when reordering is needed
- Keep warehouse clean, safe, and compliant with safety standards
Parts Runner:
- Deliver parts and equipment to technicians at job sites across our service area
- Pick up parts from suppliers as needed
- Ensure timely delivery to minimize downtime on service calls
- Maintain delivery vehicle in clean, safe condition
Tech Support:
- Assist field technicians with troubleshooting and technical questions
- Help coordinate scheduling and logistics for service calls
- Communicate with customers regarding parts availability and timing
- Support installation and repair teams as needed
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and parts (or willingness to learn)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using basic computer systems for inventory tracking
Preferred:
- Previous HVAC or warehouse experience
- Familiarity with Boone County and surrounding service areas
- EPA certification (or willingness to obtain)

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
