Minimum of 3 years of experience in event management, preferably within the catering or hospitality industry.

Proven track record of successfully planning and executing events from conception to completion.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in event management software and standard office applications.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.

Oversee all aspects of event planning and execution, from initial client consultation to post-event follow-up.

Develop creative event concepts and detailed proposals tailored to client needs and budgets.

Coordinate with vendors, chefs, service staff, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless event operations.

Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure profitability.

Conduct site visits and manage venue logistics.

Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the planning process, providing updates and addressing concerns.

Ensure all events meet The Classic Catering People's high standards for quality, service, and presentation.

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during events.
