PART-TIME FRIDAY MORNING/EVENING COMMERCIAL CLEANER
MingoClean is a professional commercial cleaning company serving businesses in Jacksonville, FL. We are hiring for one part-time Friday morning position to join our growing team. This position is specifically designed for someone who: Is retired or has flexible daytime availability Is legally authorized to work in the United States Lives within 20 minutes of Jacksonville's Southside Wants consistent, predictable supplemental income long-term Can work independently
Schedule: Friday mornings, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM 5 hours per week
What you will do: Empty trash and replace liners Clean and sanitize restrooms Wipe and disinfect surfaces Vacuum carpets and dust mop floors Mop hard floors General commercial cleaning tasks You will follow a structured cleaning checklist so you always know exactly what to do.
Requirements:
Must be 18 or older Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Must have a valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle Must communicate in English via text and basic conversation Must have a smartphone with an active data plan Must be available on-site by 7:50 AM consistently Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 40 lbs, and navigate stairs Ability to work independently without supervision What we offer: Consistent weekly schedule, same day every week Paid training with a structured cleaning system $16/hr Opportunity for additional hours as MingoClean grows Job Type: Part-time, Permanent Work Location: In person, Jacksonville FL
