We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented professional to join us as a Seasonal Lawn Care Specialist from now until Mid-November. Youll spend your days providing full-service lawn care throughout the area, helping us deliver the quality service our clients expect from Britescape.

We'll train you on our specific processes to ensure you feel confident, safe, and supported out on the job every day.
Full-Service Lawn Care: Deliver clean, reliable results on every property. This includes quality lawn mowing, weeding, and bed care when included in the customer's contract.
The Final Touch: Always do a thorough blow-off of the entire property before leaving so the driveway, walkways, and patios look spotless.
Daily Tech: Use the Aspire app to check schedules, track your day, and update job progress.
Safety & Quality: Follow basic safety protocols, do a quick final walkthrough to make sure everything looks sharp and all equipment is accounted for.
Customer Service: Greet clients with a friendly attitude and represent the company well while on-site.
Dependability: You are punctual, a team player, and ready to work outdoors in all kinds of PNW weather.
Good Eye for Detail: You notice the little things, like missing a spot while weeding or leaving grass clippings behind.
Physical Fitness: You are comfortable staying active all day and can lift up to 75 lbs when needed.
License: You have a valid and insurable driver's license.
Bonus Skills: If you're comfortable on ladders and okay with heights, that's a big plus for anyone interested in the winter holiday lighting option!
Competitive Pay: $27.00 $30.00 per hour.

Potential for Year-Round Work: We love keeping great people around. If you are a good fit and interested, this seasonal role can transition into a Holiday Lighting Installer (November February). This offers steady winter work and access to full benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, Simple IRA, and PTO) before lawn care kicks off again in the spring.
