Position: Regional Director of Canvassing work in South Florida-hire, train, and grow a large high performing door to door canvassing team in South Florida. This is a full time leadership opportunity with base salary, commission, team overrides, and strong earning potential. NO SELLING!

Qualifications:

Canvassing management experience in home improvement or a related industry required

Strong coaching, leadership, and team management skills

Experience building, training, and motivating door to door sales or canvassing teams

Comfortable working in the field and leading by example
Responsibilities

Interview, hire, train, and manage a team of door to door canvassers

Lead regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and field training

Develop neighborhood mapping, and route plans in several regional areas

Track team performance, support daily production, and help canvassers improve results
