NC Enterprises is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to join our growing team. This full-time, entry-level opportunity is perfect for individuals looking to build experience in retail sales, customer service, and professional development while representing AT&T, the Nation's #1 Service Provider, inside major retail locations.
As a Retail Sales Associate, you'll interact directly with customers, introduce AT&T products and services, answer questions, and help customers find solutions that fit their communication needs. Through paid training and ongoing mentorship, you'll develop valuable sales, communication, and leadership skills while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Retail Sales Associate Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a professional retail environment
- Educate customers on AT&T wireless products, services, promotions, and current offers
- Learn about customer needs and recommend personalized solutions
- Guide customers through new activations, upgrades, and account enrollments
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales process
- Maintain accurate product knowledge and stay informed on current promotions
- Work collaboratively with teammates to achieve individual and team sales goals
- Participate in ongoing training focused on retail sales, customer service, and leadership development
- Represent AT&T and NC Enterprises with professionalism and integrity
Qualifications
- Strong communication and people skills
- Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused attitude
- Motivated to learn and grow in a retail sales environment
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Previous retail, customer service, hospitality, restaurant, or sales experience is helpful but not required
- Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States
