All About Dentistry is seeking a motivated, compassionate, and dependable Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA) to join our growing team at our St. Paul location. We are a fast-paced, patient-centered practice committed to providing high-quality dental care in a welcoming and supportive environment.

What You'll Do
- Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures.
- Prepare and disinfect operatories before and after each patient.
- Take high-quality digital radiographs.
- Sterilize and maintain dental instruments according to CDC and OSHA guidelines.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative instructions.
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical notes.
- Assist with lab cases, impressions, and temporary restorations.
- Support providers and teammates to ensure efficient patient flow throughout the day.
Qualifications
- Current Minnesota Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA) license.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Experience with Open Dental is a plus but not required.
