The 24-bed 3W Oncology Unit specializes in the management and treatment of various forms of cancer. As an Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) on 3W , you will provide clinical supervision and coordinate unit operations with other departmental disciplines under the direction of the Nurse Manager. With an emphasis on professional development and success, you will encourage caregivers to enhance their skills and the patient experience through improvement initiatives and incentives. 30% of your day will consist of administrative responsibilities such as scheduling, overseeing policy compliance and participating on unit and hospital committees , while the other 70% will be focused on hands-on patient care. This position offers a great way to gain extensive leadership experience while continuing to provide the best support and treatment possible.
