What you’ll do

- Take accurate food and beverage orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems, ensuring clarity and attention to detail.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, enhancing the dining experience through effective upselling techniques.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery while adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Manage guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills.
- Process payments accurately through cash handling or cashiering duties, ensuring a seamless checkout experience for guests.
- Assist in bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area to create an inviting atmosphere.
Basic qualifications
- Previous restaurant experience in a server role is preferred.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently in a busy environment.
Preferred qualifications
- Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus.
