First Shift: 6:00am - 2:00pm Monday-Friday, weekends and OT mandatory as scheduled

Second Shift 2:00pm - 10:00pm Monday-Friday, weekends and OT mandatory as scheduled

Keep production equipment, tools, and facility systems running reliably

Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automation equipment
-
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance to improve uptime

Diagnose and repair assembly automation systems and production tools

Work with electrical controls, motor controls, drives (VFDs/servo), relays, contactors, and sensors

Carry out light fabrication and MIG welding when required

Follow Lock-out/Tag-out (LOTO) and champion safe work practices

Support new equipment installations, modifications, and CI projects

Maintain clear records—work orders, PM tasks—and communicate repair progress

Mechanical aptitude paired with strong electrical troubleshooting in light industrial manufacturing

Direct experience with:

Equipment repair and assembly automation repair

Electrical and pneumatic systems repair

Light fabrication and MIG welding

Manufacturing production tool repair

Electrical controls troubleshooting

Motor controls and drives including VFDs and servo systems

Knowledge of LOTO and foundational industrial safety

Ability to interpret electrical schematics

Allen Bradley PLCs and Logix 5000 programming experience

Fanuc robot troubleshooting and teaching

AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) maintenance

OEM and/or Tier One manufacturing background

Experience with fastening systems and torque-controlled screw guns
