What You’ll Do
1 - Generate and manage leads through outreach and referrals
2 - Conduct roof inspections for storm damage
3 - Guide homeowners through the insurance claims process
4 - Close deals and help your team hit performance goals
5 - Participate in weekly sales training
What We’re Looking For
1 - Proven sales experience (roofing or similar industry preferred)
2 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3 - Goal-driven with a competitive mindset
4 - Reliable vehicle & valid driver’s license
5 - Comfortable climbing ladders and inspecting roofs
6 - Organized, accountable, and team-oriented
