Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. This role is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about patient-centered care and delivering meaningful results.
You will evaluate patients, develop individualized plans of care, and provide one on one 45-minute appointments with evidence-based treatment to help patients achieve optimal function and long-term success. We have no aides, techs or assistants.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive evaluations of patients’ physical function and limitations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Deliver skilled interventions including manual therapy, trigger point therapy, and progressive exercise
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans to ensure optimal outcomes
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and long-term self-management
- Collaborate with providers and team members to deliver coordinated care
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation
Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist (or eligible for Oregon licensure)
- Strong understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and movement assessment
- Experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred, but not required
- Manual therapy and exercise progression skills
- Ability to manage a caseload efficiently while maintaining quality care
