Who were looking for:
M&S Machining is seeking a senior maintenance & EHS technician who has experience performing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting and repairs on machinery and auxiliary equipment as well as developing and maintaining an EHS system in a manufacturing setting. A candidate should operate within established safety guidelines to ensure the safety of all employees. Experience with EHS is preferred.

What you’ll be doing:
- Perform preventive maintenance on machinery and auxiliary equipment to enhance reliability.
- Identify and correct safety concerns throughout the company as well as managing any incident reporting.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues with machinery and auxiliary equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections and repairs needed throughout the facility to include electrical systems, plumbing and HVAC.
- Assist and/ or lead projects and new machine installations as needed.
- Work with production team to minimize downtime.
- Work with machine OEMs for advanced troubleshooting and repairs.
Favorable if you have:
- 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
- A minimum of 3 years industrial maintenance experience preferred.
- Experience leading environmental, health and safety efforts in a manufacturing environment.
