The Role & Responsibilities
- Orchestrate Team Success: Serve as the definitive leader on-site, inspiring and guiding our service team to maintain an atmosphere of effortless sophistication and peak performance.
- Impeccable Pre-Planning: Direct all logistical pre-planning phases, liaising seamlessly with elite clients, luxury vendors, and our culinary artisans to bring bespoke visions to life.
- Flawless Execution Oversight: Maintain absolute operational authority from the first arrival to the final departure, ensuring perfect timeline fluidity, rigorous quality standards, and meticulous presentation.
- VIP Client & Guest Relations: Anticipate and elevate guest expectations, acting as the graceful face of Millennium during high-stakes event execution.
