Dynamic Maintenance Supervisor Wanted!
Are you a hands-on maintenance professional who takes pride in keeping a community running smoothly, looking its best, and providing exceptional service to residents? We’re looking for a Dynamic Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team at our 226-unit apartment community in Durham, NC!
You’ll oversee a three-person maintenance team and be responsible for all aspects of the maintenance department—from completing quality apartment turns and responding to resident service requests to preventive maintenance and keeping the community clean, safe, and looking its best.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general maintenance
- Experience completing quality apartment turns, including painting and drywall repair
- Ability to prioritize and complete work orders and turns efficiently and professionally
- Strong preventive maintenance skills and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- A team player who leads by example and genuinely cares about residents and the community
- Someone who takes pride in keeping the property clean, organized, and trash-free every day
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability and willingness to participate in an on-call rotation
