A growing heavy civil contractor is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee field operations on water, wastewater, underground utility, and land development projects throughout Southern California.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on construction leader who thrives in the field and enjoys managing complex infrastructure projects from groundbreaking through completion. You'll work alongside a talented team delivering essential projects including water and wastewater facilities, lift stations, pump stations, process piping, well development, underground utilities, and site improvements.

Oversee all field operations from project startup through closeout.
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and field personnel.
Develop and maintain project schedules and daily work plans.
Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Lead daily coordination meetings and communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and clients.
Monitor productivity, manpower, equipment, and material deliveries.
Maintain compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Resolve field issues proactively to keep projects on schedule.
Complete daily reports and maintain accurate project documentation.
5+ years of Superintendent experience in heavy civil construction.
Experience with water and wastewater infrastructure, underground utilities, or land development projects.
Knowledge of lift stations, pump stations, process piping, mechanical systems, and utility installations is highly preferred.
Strong leadership, scheduling, and field coordination skills.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
