Duties
- Respond promptly to roadside assistance calls, arriving equipped to handle a variety of vehicle emergencies
- Perform repairs including tire changes, battery jumps, lockouts & fuel delivery's
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during roadside operations to protect yourself and motorists
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various vehicle systems effectively
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment such as ohmmeters
- Experience with vehicle maintenance tasks including fluid changes, tire repairs, and electrical troubleshooting
- Ability to work independently in outdoor environments under varying weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members
- Quick problem-solving skills combined with a positive attitude and energetic approach
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; CDL certification is a plus but not required
