The Safety Supervisor is the site’s day-to-day leader for environmental, health, and safety (EHS) programs. This role partners with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and HR to prevent injuries, reduce risk, and build a proactive safety culture across all three shifts. The Safety Supervisor leads risk assessments (JHAs/JSAs), incident investigations, training, audits, and corrective actions using a hierarchy-of-controls approach and maintains OSHA compliance and recordkeeping.
