We're looking for a Construction Field Coordinator to support our projects in the field and help ensure jobsites remain organized, professional, and moving forward. This is a key role in a small, growing business and is ideal for someone who enjoys responsibility, problem-solving, and being actively involved in the day-to-day execution of projects.
About the Role
This role is primarily a field-based position supporting active residential remodeling projects throughout the Denver metro area.
The core position is approximately 3 days per week and focuses on jobsite support, material deliveries, quality checks, and project coordination.
Candidates with construction, remodeling, handyman, carpentry, field supervision, or project coordination experience may have the opportunity for additional responsibilities and full-time hours.
This role involves significant in-town travel between jobsites, suppliers, vendors, and client homes. The ideal candidate enjoys being on the move and is comfortable spending much of the day in the field.
Construction experience is helpful but not required.
You do need to be dependable, organized, proactive, physically capable, and comfortable working independently.
Pay & Schedule
- Competitive hourly pay based on experience

What You'll Do
Jobsite Support
- Perform regular jobsite visits and check-ins
- Take and upload jobsite photos
- Verify jobsites are clean, organized, and professional
- Install and maintain jobsite protection
- Ensure jobsites remain clean, organized, and professional throughout the project
- Coordinate jobsite cleanup and project closeout
- Report jobsite concerns, delays, or issues
Materials & Logistics
- Coordinate and perform material pickups and deliveries
- Handle material returns as needed
- Verify deliveries are complete and accurate
- Assist with project logistics and organization
- Lift and carry materials up to 40 pounds
Project Support
- Communicate professionally with subcontractors, vendors, and homeowners
- Complete minor punch-list and finish items
- Support project documentation and tracking
- Use email, spreadsheets, and project management software (training provided)

Requirements
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift and carry materials up to 40 pounds
- Comfortable using an iPad
- Basic Excel or spreadsheet experience
- Professional communication skills
Full-Time Opportunity
This position is available as a full-time role for candidates with residential remodeling, handyman, carpentry, field supervision, or project coordination experience.
Training & Growth
You'll be trained closely and gradually take on more responsibility. This role has significant growth potential for the right person and may evolve into a larger field coordination or project management position over time.
