We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and reliable Volunteer Program Associate. This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys working with people and has a strong interest or background in database management. This role supports volunteers daily by welcoming and orientating them to their role and assisting with questions/concerns. A primary focus of this role is maintaining, organizing, and improving the volunteer database system (Volgistics). This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining meaningful relationship-building with hands-on data management in a dynamic, mission-driven organization.
Primary Duties & Essential Responsibilities
· Volgistics database: Create and modify volunteer shifts, pull custom data reports, and act as the go-to technical support lead for staff and volunteers.
· Support volunteers across the organization, including onboarding, training, recognition/appreciation, and orientation.
· Update volunteer resources as needed (training aids, procedures)
· Support staff across the organization as needed.
Experience and Skills
· Associate's degree OR a high school diploma and 2+ years' work experience providing direct customer service.
· 1-2 years of database experience. Must understand the underlying mechanics of how databases function.
· Experience with MS Office 365.
· Ability to work flexible hours.

Work Schedule
This position will primarily be working daytime hours, Monday-Friday at our Eagan location.
