General Labor / Production Assembly Positions
RESPONSIBILITIES
This candidate will be working in a high-paced environment, duties to include:
- Ability to learn or knowledge of the use of power drills, grinders, angle grinders, measuring devices, welder, impact tools, orbital sander, overhead crane, hoist, ladders, creeper, torque wrench, and various other hand tools to assemble products
- Stand for extended periods of time and perform manual labor
- Sit, kneel, crawl, squat, and perform work overhead as needed
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Maintain clean and organized work area
- Read and assemble products according to engineer prints
- Ability to communicate and retain information effectively with team members
- Ability to learn or have knowledge of fastener types and hydraulic fittings
- Ability to learn to or have knowledge of setting up assembly jigs/fixtures and parts
- Ability to learn to maintain required paperwork and documentation
- Ability to learn or knowledge of how to operate a lift truck as needed
- Ability to communicate and retain trained information effectively with team members
- Maintain a safety-minded and quality-minded approach to work
- Work well with team members to achieve goals

Looking for those who have previously worked in mechanical jobs; automotive, mechanic, farming, maintenance, technician, concrete, construction, etc.
The physical requirements of this position include frequent lifting, bending, squatting, and walking, along with being on your feet for up to 10 hours a day.
Reports to the Production Supervisor
Starting wage, $21.71 per hour, depending on experience and skills
10-hour days, Monday through Thursday, overtime as needed on Fridays, start time is at 5am or 6am

Pay: $58,705.00 - $67,167.00 per year
