Salary Range: $75.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive customer service, service writing, or shop management.
Strong technical understanding of automotive systems and repairs.
Experience with Tekmetric/AutoFlow (AutoText) software is a major plus (but not required).
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Physical capability to stand/walk for most of the day and drive manual transmissions when necessary.
Lead Daily Operations: Direct the smooth, orderly, and profitable operation of both the front office and the shop.
Guest Experience: Greet every guest with enthusiasm and respect. Present vehicle repair solutions clearly and transparently, ensuring a pressure-free experience.
Team Management: Assign work orders to technicians, manage workflow, and ensure the team has the resources required to succeed.
Financial Oversight: Manage estimates, ensure target profit margins are achieved, and handle daily accounting/closing procedures.
Maintain Quality Control: Ensure the shop's attitude, workflow, and repair quality consistently exceed guest expectations.
