We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Mechanic and shop guy to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of mechanical systems and be able to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a variety of equipment. This role is essential in ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. If you have a passion for mechanics and enjoy working in a hands-on environment, we would love to hear from you. This postion would also include driving and loading trucks. Knowing how to drive a stick shift is a big plus.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical issues using various tools and techniques.
- Load materials and deliver to job sites.
- Conduct inspections to identify potential problems before they escalate.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance schedules, and parts inventory.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- A CDL or willingness to obtain one.
