We invite you to join our team as an Administrative Reporting Specialist!
Responsibilities and Duties for Administrative Reporting Specialist:
- Provide administrative and clerical support to assigned programs.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, rooms, equipment, and other resources.
- Maintain electronic and paper records.
- Complete financial intake and update consumer records.
- Coordinate centralized scheduling for consumer services.
- Compile and analyze reports.
- Answer phones and communicate professionally with clients and staff.
- Take meeting minutes and prepare documentation.
- Gather materials for projects.
- Coordinate insurance billing by:
- Verifying insurance coverage
- Collecting referrals
- Obtaining prior authorizations
- Collecting co-pays
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education/Equivalent: Graduation from an accredited college with an associate’s degree in business related field or a combination of education and work experience.
- Work experience in Mental Health, Substance Abuse or similar setting preferred

- Ability to interpret policies and procedures
- Proficiency with: Microsoft Office, Sage, Kronos, and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
