POSITION PROFILE
Our company is a fast-paced, one-stop production house that specializes in wide format digital printing. We are looking for a detail oriented individual who can easily acclimate and adapt within our dynamic environment. This candidate should possess a finishing background and knowledge of print media. Production experience is necessary as we produce a broad spectrum of products. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are mandatory as our clients require immediate responses that are clear and succinct regarding project phase and status.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Routinely demonstrates and creates a helpful and positive work culture.
Keeps Management apprised of all issues and daily activity.
Meets quality and deadline standards by the effective use of job scheduling practices.
Responds to management inquiries in timely manner.
print orders and supervision of production.
Maintains efficient workflow by being held accountable for quality and efficiency of their work.
Oversees inventory of supplies and materials.
Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, and Certifications)
Typically Required:
High school or GED is required.
3+ years experience in a related field is required.
Experience in operation of the most advanced machines, performing complex jobs, is required.
Perform duties with little supervision, lead others.
Very detailed oriented, multi-tasking and strong organizational skills

Weeding cut vinyl
Packing
All finishing details
Regular and reliable attendance
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Knowledge of the printing trade and finishing processes. Skill in laminating graphics, and finish work. Ability to supervise equally or less skilled employees; train equally or less skilled employees; evaluate the condition of equipment and recommend the best method of correcting equipment problems; make minor repairs; assist in maintaining a smooth flow of work through the print shop.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
