Location:Beaverton Oregon
Skills: Hospice, transfers (hoyer lift), Dementia, incontinence, medication administration, documentation.

Compensation
- $21+ per hour or more depending on experience
- $1.50 extra per hour for last minute shift pick up
- CNA extra $1.00/per hour

Other requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid Driver's license with an active auto insurance
- Pass a background check (includes DMV record)
- Pass reference check
- Pass a drug screening
- Available at least 1 weekend day or night (preferred)
