Job Summary

Duties
- Assist with table setting, clearing, and bussing to ensure a clean and welcoming dining area
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness throughout the restaurant, including food handling areas
- Perform manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting of supplies, dishes, and equipment following safe lifting practices
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and address guest needs
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation protocols at all times
Skills
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, with knowledge of hospitality standards
- Strong understanding of cleaning, sanitation, and food safety procedures
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and safe lifting practices
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively within a team
- Customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Experience in catering or food industry roles is a plus
- Knowledge of internal communication tools used in restaurant settings to coordinate tasks efficiently
