Bachelor's degree from an ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1+ years speech-language pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Utilize your expertise as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to assist students with a full spectrum of needs, from mild to severe. You’ll collaborate with educators and other specialists, providing both group and one-on-one interventions, and using a combination of push-in and pull-out service models to maximize student success.
Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- Completion of an SLPA program or holding a SLPA certification, ideally with a background in communication sciences
- Previous work in school or pediatric settings strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work with a variety of support needs, implementing diverse intervention approaches
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team
- Committed to working in-person (remote or telehealth services are not offered for this position)
- Reliable for a Monday through Friday schedule, 7.5 hours each day
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language services to students, both in small group and one-on-one settings
- Implement intervention plans developed by supervising SLPs
- Track student progress and document session notes accurately
- Provide push-in support within classrooms as well as pull-out services for targeted instruction
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to IEP review processes when applicable
