The role of our P&D driver is to pickup and deliver commercial truck tires to fleet customers. The employee will be responsible for safely operating a 1-ton truck and 22ft gooseneck trailer. The driver must be able to take-home and park the Company truck and trailer and will be provided with a fuel-card. The following are requirements that must be met to be approved to drive a Company vehicle:
- Pass the pre-employment drug screen
- Obtain a DOT Health Card by successfully completing a DOT physical provided and paid for by the Company
- Complete the Driver Safety program during on-boarding
- Train under the supervision of a qualified driver for 4 to 8 weeks
- Be insurable by the Company's insurance provider
The driver is also responsible for loading and unloading their trailer. This includes commercial tire & wheel assemblies, loose tires, scrap tires, wheels, etc. While most of the cargo will be able to be rolled or moved with a lift truck, the employee must be able to lift 75 lbs if necessary.
Hours are Monday thru Friday, from 7:00am to 3-5pm (dependent on the necessity for OT).
After the first 60 days (Probation Period), uniforms will be provided by the Company. The employee will be required to maintain a neat appearance and must be able to interact with customers and co-workers in a professional and respectful manner.

Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
