Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles, including manual transmission cars, to transport parts, tools, and documents between departments and external locations.
- Assist with guest services by providing prompt and courteous support during vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups.
- Deliver parts to service technicians or external vendors accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely completion of repairs or maintenance.
- Maintain clear communication with team members regarding vehicle status, delivery schedules, and guest needs.
- Manage parking lot organization at <LOCATION>, guiding vehicles safely and efficiently to designated areas.
- Handle cash transactions for parts sales or services with accuracy, including cash handling and retail math calculations.
- Support the dealership’s hospitality efforts by creating a positive experience for all guests through friendly interaction and professional demeanor.
Experience
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record;
- Be able to work Monday through Friday; 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
