- Dorothy certified Epic build analyst to implement PHC Home Health optimization and enhancement tickets.
- Dorothy certification.
- Home Health operations understanding.
- Epic best practice knowledge.
- Ability to advise on alternate solutions if the first suggested path isn’t feasible
