Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in high-end customer service, hospitality management, luxury retail, account management, or upscale sales.
- Location: Ability to reliably commute to the La Crosse area daily. This is a 100% in-person role because our team culture is electric.
- Communication: Flawless verbal and written communication skills. You know how to be highly professional while keeping your personality intact.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfort navigating CRM systems, databases, and modern communication software efficiently.
