Position Overview
Living Soul LLC is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team.
As an RBT, you will provide direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and individuals with developmental disabilities under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will implement individualized treatment plans designed to increase functional skills, promote independence, and reduce behaviors that may interfere with learning and daily living.

Responsibilities
- Implement individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA
- Provide direct ABA therapy in home, school, community, and/or center-based settings
- Accurately collect and document behavioral and skill-acquisition data during each session
- Complete session documentation accurately and within required timeframes
- Follow behavior support protocols and treatment recommendations consistently
- Communicate professionally with BCBAs, caregivers, school personnel, and other members of the treatment team
- Maintain client confidentiality and comply with HIPAA requirements
- Attend required supervision, training, and team meetings
- Maintain professional and ethical standards in accordance with BACB requirements and company policies
- Notify the appropriate supervisor of concerns regarding client safety, treatment implementation, scheduling, or documentation
Qualifications & Skills
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Active Florida Medicaid Provider ID
- Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
- Availability for evening cases
- Willingness to work across different service settings
- Experience working with children, individuals with autism spectrum disorder, or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
- Knowledge of ABA principles, behavior intervention strategies, and data collection
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to follow treatment protocols and clinical direction from supervising BCBAs
- Dependable, professional, organized, and attentive to client needs
- Ability to maintain accurate and timely documentation
