Job Description: Recruiter (Contract)

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to support a high-volume hiring initiative. This contract recruiter will be responsible for full-cycle sourcing, screening, and selection of candidates across three key roles: Customer Service Representatives (CSRs), Escort Drivers, and Customer Service Managers.
This is a high-volume, fast-paced recruiting engagement requiring the recruiter to fill 30–40+ open roles, screening through hundreds of candidates to identify the right fits. The pipeline is steady and ongoing — this is not a short sprint with a finite candidate pool.
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and select candidates for CSR, Escort Driver, and Customer Service Manager positions
- Manage a high-volume requisition load (30–40+ roles) with a large applicant pool (hundreds of candidates)
- Build and maintain a repeatable, efficient screening process to keep pace with volume
- Assess candidates not only on technical/functional skill but on relationship-building ability, personality, and communication skills
- Partner closely with the hiring manager throughout the process
Requirements
- 1–20+ years of experience considered; must have recruiting experience — either from a staffing agency or internal recruiting experience within a TA, HR, or similar department
- Strong relationship-building skills and a personable, engaging communication style
- Proven ability to follow and execute a repeatable recruiting process at high volume
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Interview Process
- One 30-minute phone screen with the hiring manager
Logistics
- Start Date: ASAP — ideally onboarding within the next 1–2 weeks
- Pay: $49–$58/hour
- Schedule: 40 hours/week; no overtime at this time
- Equipment: Candidates may use their own PC, or one can be provided
- Location: Remote — must reside in Northern California, with preference for Sonoma County or San Francisco. Candidates residing outside these areas who can commute in are welcome to apply; relocation/flight-in is not offered.
Pay: $49.00 - $56.00 per hour
