We are seeking a dependable Assembly Worker to join our metal manufacturing team. This position is responsible for assembling metal components and finished products according to blueprints, work instructions, and quality specifications.
The ideal candidate has good mechanical aptitude, strong attention to detail, and experience using hand and power tools in a manufacturing environment.

Assemble metal components, subassemblies, and finished products according to work instructions and specifications.

Read and follow blueprints, assembly drawings, diagrams, and production instructions.

Use hand tools, power tools, drills, riveters, torque wrenches, and other assembly equipment.

Measure and verify components using tape measures, calipers, and other basic measuring tools.

Install fasteners, brackets, hardware, hinges, handles, panels, and other components.

Perform basic drilling, grinding, deburring, cutting, and other fabrication tasks as needed.

Inspect assembled products for proper fit, alignment, appearance, and overall quality.

Identify defective components or assembly issues and communicate problems to supervisors or quality personnel.

Perform rework and adjustments to ensure finished products meet specifications.

Safely handle metal components and finished products throughout the assembly process.

Maintain accurate production counts and complete required production paperwork.

Keep tools, equipment, and workstations clean and organized.

Follow all company safety procedures, PPE requirements, and quality standards.

Work closely with welders, fabricators, machine operators, and other production employees to keep production moving efficiently.

Meet daily production and quality goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Previous manufacturing, assembly, fabrication, or mechanical experience preferred.

Ability to read and follow basic blueprints and assembly instructions.

Comfortable using hand and power tools.

Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
