About the Role
As a Warehouse Fulfillment Specialist, you will play a vital role in our logistics operations by accurately selecting and consolidating inventory to meet customer demand. You will utilize specialized heavy equipment to navigate our facility, ensuring that orders are prepared efficiently and safely to maintain our high standards of service.
Responsibilities-
Execute precise order picking and consolidation of small parts to ensure inventory accuracy.

Operate stand-up reach trucks and order picker equipment to retrieve items from elevated storage locations.

Utilize handheld tablets and scanning systems to track inventory movement and update order statuses in real-time.

Maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment while adhering to all safety protocols.

Perform routine inspections of material handling equipment to ensure operational readiness.

Manage inventory flow by lifting, pushing, and pulling materials up to 75 lbs as required by daily workflows.
Qualifications-
Proven experience in a warehouse or material handling environment.

Ability to work comfortably at heights of up to 20 feet using specialized machinery.

Physical stamina to stand, walk, and perform manual labor on concrete surfaces for full shifts.

Proficiency with digital scanning technology and warehouse management interfaces.

Current certification for stand-up reach trucks and order picker/cherry picker equipment.

Demonstrated ability to maintain accuracy while working in high-volume fulfillment settings.
