About the Role
As a Warehouse Fulfillment Specialist, you will play a vital role in our logistics operations by accurately selecting and consolidating inventory to ensure timely order fulfillment. You will leverage your expertise with heavy machinery and digital tracking systems to maintain high levels of productivity and safety within our fast-paced distribution center.
Responsibilities-
Execute precise picking and consolidation of inventory using stand-up reach trucks and order pickers to meet daily throughput goals.

Utilize handheld tablets and scanning systems to track inventory movement and ensure 100% order accuracy.

Operate heavy equipment at heights of up to 20 feet, adhering to all safety protocols to protect yourself and your team.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment to facilitate efficient material handling processes.

Perform routine inspections of equipment to ensure operational readiness and report any maintenance needs.

Manage physical inventory tasks, including lifting, pushing, and pulling items weighing up to 75 lbs.

Proven experience in a warehouse or material handling environment.

Current forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification for stand-up reach trucks and order pickers.

Proficiency with digital inventory scanning equipment and tablet-based software.

Ability to stand, walk, and perform manual labor on concrete surfaces for the duration of a full shift.

Prior experience operating cherry pickers or similar high-reach equipment.

Strong understanding of warehouse safety standards and best practices.

Demonstrated ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced logistics setting.
