The successful candidate will have a minimum of one year experience in the apartment home maintenance field, a solid employment work history and the interest in building a successful team environment. The following skills are necessary for the position.
* Understanding of the apartment industry
* Tasks and repairs inherent to the turnover and general maintenance process
* Experience in Plumbing
* HVAC experience
* Reliable transportation
