Team360 Staffing is seeking a reliable and self-motivated Part-Time Retail Associate to work at a Walmart location during the early morning hours. The ideal candidate is dependable, able to work independently with minimal supervision, and takes pride in maintaining an organized and well-stocked retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Arrive on time and ready to work at 7:00 a.m.
- Stock and organize merchandise according to company standards
- Maintain neat and presentable shelves and displays
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently within the scheduled shift
- Follow all Team360 Staffing and store procedures
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Communicate professionally with store personnel and customers when needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
Schedule
- Monday: 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m.
- Wednesday: 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m.
- Friday: 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m.
- Saturday: 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m.
Consistent attendance and punctuality are required.
Qualifications
- Reliable transportation to and from the Walmart location
- Dependable, punctual, and responsible
- Ability to work independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently
- Professional and positive attitude
- Previous retail, stocking, or merchandising experience is preferred but not required
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift merchandise as needed
- Ability to safely perform stocking and organizational duties
Pay: $45.00 per hour
