This is not an “order taker” role. We’re looking for a closer—someone who can learn our proven sales process taught by the best coach in the business, run with it, and crush sales goals.
What You’ll Be Doing

Engage new leads & prospects (we’ll help you get in front of the right people)

Run in-home consultations to identify water needs and present solutions

Follow a proven sales process designed to close at a high rate

Drive revenue growth while building long-term customer relationships

Stay sharp by learning product knowledge and keeping up with industry trends
What We’re Looking For

A hunter’s mindset—you love chasing and closing deals

Track record of hitting or beating sales targets (any industry)

Strong presentation and negotiation skills

Strong follow up skills

Self-motivated, competitive, and money-driven

Experience in water treatment is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right person
