We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective lead generation, direct sales strategies, and business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of sales processes and demonstrate the ability to negotiate and upsell products or services to meet customer needs.
Amazon supplement sales experience needed. Chinese preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to drive sales growth.
- Utilize Salesforce to manage leads, track sales activities, and analyze performance metrics.
- Conduct lead generation activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Engage in direct sales efforts, presenting products or services effectively to clients.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for market penetration.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business development.
- Participate in inside sales initiatives, providing support to the sales team as needed.
- Upsell additional products or services during client interactions to maximize revenue.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a sales role with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred.
- Strong skills in lead generation, direct sales, and business development.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for growth.
