We are looking for a Customer Service Associate to join our team in Dayton. This is a varied, active role that covers both customer-facing and floor-based work throughout your shift. If you are reliable, easy to talk to and happy to stay busy — we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
Customer facing:
- Assisting customers in person with purchases, queries, returns, and exchanges
- Handling cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently
- Providing a friendly, helpful experience at every interaction
- Resolving minor issues on the spot and escalating anything more complex to a manager
On the floor:
- Unpacking and processing deliveries, ensuring product is labelled and correctly placed
- Replenishing and facing shelves throughout your shift
- Rotating stock and conducting regular date and condition checks
- Keeping the shop floor, stockroom, and service areas clean, safe, and organised
What We Are Looking For
- Friendly, approachable, and confident talking to customers
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Able to stay on your feet and lift stock when required
- Calm and focused during busy periods
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus — not a requirement
