WORKING FOR ANDY’S PRODUCE MARKET
As a Deli Clerk, you'll be responsible for:
- Cooking and preparing approved menu items consistently and timely
- Utilizing a variety of culinary equipment to slice and dice your way to success
- Maintaining our high standards of quality, cleanliness, and customer service - our food is not salted with the tears of our customers
- Ensuring the deli cases are well stocked and looking their best. Freshness is more than an attitude
WHAT YOU CAN CONTRIBUTE
This position is prefect for someone who:
- Has the ability to work a full 40 hours per week in a variable retail schedule - the store is open 7 days a week from 8am to 8pm
- Has a strong work ethic and is dependable and trustworthy
- Is self-motivated with a professional demeanor and a mind for details
- Has strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and all levels of staff
- The physical strength and endurance to perform work in a retail and grocery setting, including occasionally lifting and carrying items up to 60 pounds, working in cool temperatures between 45°-65°, and the ability to work in a constant state of alertness in a safe manner
The most qualified candidates will have previous experience in the grocery industry.
