About the Position
Grothe Family Life is currently seeking motivated individuals interested in becoming licensed Life Insurance Agents. In partnership with Global Financial Impact (GFI), we help families find protection solutions that fit their needs while providing new agents with the training, mentorship, and support needed to grow in the industry.
No prior insurance experience is required. We provide training and guidance through the licensing process.
Responsibilities
- Meet virtually or over the phone with individuals and families seeking life insurance information
- Educate clients on available coverage options and financial protection solutions
- Assist clients with applications and policy reviews
- Build and maintain professional client relationships
- Follow up with leads and client inquiries
- Participate in team trainings and professional development
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn
- Comfortable working independently and remotely
- Professional attitude and reliable work ethic
- Sales, customer service, teaching, healthcare, or leadership experience is a plus, but not required
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
