About the Role:
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) on our weekend schedule, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our patients while working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing personal care to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assisting with daily living activities, such as toileting, feeding, and transferring
- Monitoring patients' vital signs and reporting any changes to the nursing staff
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
