RTR Services, Inc. is a National Asset Management Company. We are based in Salem, OR, and have been in business since 1990. We have an immediate opening for a Field Coordinator in our Salem, OR office.
Job Description
Field Coordinators are responsible for account management within our Field Department, facilitating commercial repossessions nationally on behalf of our clients (banks and leasing companies). They also facilitate reopening lines of communication between the parties.
This is a Monday-Friday position in a professional office environment. The hours are generally 7:00am-4:00pm.
Primary Duties include (but are not limited to):
Coordination of field personnel and accounts within assigned territory or other specified locations to a successful resolution. This includes:
· Manage asset recoveries, site/asset inspections, and field collections accounts utilizing company personnel and other third party services providers based on the type of account assigned and instructions.
· Facilitation the transportation of recovered assets to approved RTR warehouse facilities or storage yards.
· Documentation of the recovery assets and other field work in accordance with policy.
· Professional and timely client communication on all active accounts as needed in coordination with Field Manager
· The development and maintaining vendor relationships.
· Work in a fast-paced professional office environment
· Data entry and thorough documentation of all field activities
It is the responsibility of the Field Coordinator to closely manage and coordinate field agents and all field activities to ensure accounts are resolved in the safest, most cost-effective means available, at the time.
Some field traveling throughout the U.S. is involved.
On the job training is provided and you would be working with an established management team with years of industry knowledge and experience.
Requirements:
· Must be a self-motivated team player that learns quickly, multi-tasks efficiently, responds promptly to changing job priorities and are able to work in a team environment as well as on their own.
· Experience with collections or logistics is a plus.
· Must be comfortable on the telephone and have a high attention to detail.
· Data entry skills along with a high degree of comfort working with computers.
· Proficient organization and prioritization skills.
· High degree of accuracy and a very strong attention to detail.
· Must be comfortable on the telephone, computer and have a high attention to detail.
· Can pass a background check and a pre-employment drug screening.
· Ability to obtain a one-year DOT medical card
· Ability to become forklift certified
Working Conditions:
Works in a typical office environment. Employee must possess good manual dexterity; can sit, stand, kneel, and squat; be able to lift at least 10 lbs regularly and 75 lbs occasionally. Regular attendance is required to perform the job satisfactorily.

Pay: $21.50 - $24.50 per hour
