Position Summary
As an Machine Operator, you’ll be responsible for setting up and operating print presses, ensuring high-quality output, and maintaining equipment to meet customer standards. You'll monitor production, perform quality checks, prepare materials, and support team training—all while following safety and maintenance protocols.
Responsibilities
- Set up and run print presses based on job specification.
- Conduct quality checks and measurements
- Mix and dispense inks, prepare materials, and scan components
- Clean and maintain presses and equipment
- Mentor entry-level operators and troubleshoot issues
- Follow safety and operational procedures
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of machine operation experience in manufacturing
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, weekends, and overtime
- Color vision and visual acuity (screening required)
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Flexographic printing experience is a plus
