Job SummaryBlackroot Property Services is seeking a dependable Property Preservation Apprentice to assist with residential property maintenance and preservation services throughout Chattanooga and surrounding counties.
Typical duties include property inspections, debris removal, lawn maintenance, lock changes, winterizations, minor repairs, photo documentation, and general property securement services.
This position is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in maintenance, real estate services, and property preservation while growing alongside a developing company.
Work is flexible and varies based on active work orders. Evening and weekend availability is preferred.

Requirements:
- Reliable transportation (truck or SUV preferred)
- Smartphone with ability to take and upload photos
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors
- Strong communication and reliability
- Basic tools are a plus but not required
- Willingness to learn and follow company procedures
Compensation: Contractor position with pay based on completed work orders. Growth opportunities available as Blackroot expands.
Pay: Up to $250.00 per day
